A great product is nothing without great customer support and our Customer Service teams deliver that and more! iCIMS’ Customer Service team is comprised of two award-winning groups that work together to ensure an unsurpassed customer experience from day one. They serve as the primary connection between our clients and our Research and Development department, passing on invaluable feedback on new releases, software usability, and requests for new features. When our Customer Service team is not busy working directly with customers, they initiate internal Food Wars to find the answers to questions such as "Who makes a better burger?" or "Which buffalo chicken pizza reigns supreme?
